At MI Training Lab we understand that no two peoples fitness and nutrition goals are the same. With that approach in mind we offer a variety of services to best suite you no matter where you are with your nutrition goals.
This one time guide is designed to give you a baseline for your current lifestyle. The guide will provide an overview and give basic macro guidance. This isn't for the person who has changing performance seasons or long-term body composition goals.
This plan is designed for self-motivated and disciplined individuals who are already familiar with tracking macro-nutrients.
In addition to receiving your personalized nutrition plan, you will also receive three adjustments throughout the calendar year. During this time, you and your coach will evaluate progress (performance/body composition) and make periodic changes to your program to ensure your success.
Our one-on-one nutrition coaching plan is ideal for anyone who has aesthetic, performance or healthy lifestyle goals. Our coaches provide weekly individualized feedback based on how you are sleeping, energy levels, hunger levels, and your recovery between workouts. Includes access to the private Facebook group.
This is for the person who just needs some basic accountability with their nutrition or is looking for some healthier lifestyle ideas. With this option you will have access to our private Facebook Nutrition group. In this group we will post basic nutrition tips, recipes, and lifestyle guidance. We will host regular 30 day challenges to help you achieve your goals.
